International Shipping Charges and Duration

Shipping cost is calculated in Ringgit Malaysia at checkout and varies depending on the country you are located at when making purchase.
Shipping fee will be calculated upon check out.
International shipping duration: 3 – 5 working days.

• *Based on gross weight or volumetric weight, whichever higher.
• **Except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Guam.
• Shipping duration is based on working days (Monday – Friday).
• All orders placed Monday – Friday before 12pm will be shipped within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day.

Taxes & Duties for International Shipping
Our retail prices and shipping charges exclude any local customs duties or taxes. Customs duties and taxes are additional fees charged by local authorities and vary country to country. Customer is responsible to pay any incurred tax and import duties imposed by local custom.

For the most accurate and up to date information, it is best to check with your local customs office before placing an order.

Please note that:

• Your parcel may be subjected to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will be in accordance with local regulations.
• If taxes and / or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed.
• If you refuse the parcel upon delivery or if the parcel is unclaimed, the fees incurred for the return of the parcel (duties, taxes, return fees) will be payable by you before re-delivery can be arranged.

Order Tracking

• All Malaysia orders are shipped using J&T Express and NinjaVan. Upon dispatch of your order, a courier tracking number will be emailed to you for ease of reference. You may track the progress of your shipment at any time here: www.tracking.my
• Singapore orders are shipping using Teleport while the rest of international orders are shipped using DHL Express. Upon dispatch of your order, courier tracking number will be emailed to you for ease of reference and checking. You may track the progress of your shipment at any time here: DHL Express.

Shipping Policy

 Shipping Destination

All orders are shipped from Malaysia warehouse. We ship to Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Brunei, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, United States, United Kingdom and Thailand only. If you wish to ship to other countries, kindly contact us for shipping rates. Please note that we do not ship to China, Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong and Macau.

PO Boxes
We are unable to deliver to Post Office (PO) box or Parcel Locker addresses. Our couriers can only accept deliveries to standard addresses.

Order Process
We endeavour to process your order within two working days. Upon order confirmation, you will receive an order confirmation email and a tracking code for your shipment.

Liability of Miezadelle
Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. Miezadelle will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly due to incorrect information entered on your order form.

If you are unavailable to receive the order, our courier partner will contact you to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time. If our partners are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your package will be returned to Miezadelle.
